What types of events do you serve?

We provide rentals for intimate events under 100 guests, including graduation parties, birthday celebrations, baby showers, bridal showers, backyard gatherings, and small private events.

Do you offer event planning or styling?

No. Set & Soirée is a rental-only company. We provide clean, modern chairs, tables, linens, and backdrops.

Styling, décor design, and coordination are not included.

What areas do you serve?

We currently serve McKinney, Frisco, Plano, and surrounding North Dallas areas. Delivery fees are based on location and order size.

How far in advance should I book?

We accept bookings up to 6 months in advance, and same day/last-minute bookings may be available based on inventory.

Is delivery included?

Delivery is not included in rental pricing and is quoted separately based on location.
Client pickup is available upon request.

Do you offer setup and breakdown?

Setup and breakdown services are optional add-ons. By default, rentals are delivered curbside unless otherwise agreed upon.98op;lk.,mooi

How long is the rental period?

Standard rentals are for one day, from 8am-8pm. Extended rental periods before or after hours may be arranged in advance for an additional fee.

What is required to reserve rentals?

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date and inventory. The remaining balance is due 72 hours prior to the event.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made 72+ hours before the event are eligible for a refund of any additional payment made beyond the non-refundable deposit (if any).
Cancellations within 72 hours forfeit all payments.

What happens if something is damaged?

Clients are responsible for any loss, theft, or damage beyond normal wear. Repair or replacement fees may apply.

Can rentals be used outdoors?

Yes, but outdoor rentals must be protected from weather. Damage caused by rain, wind, or extreme heat is the client’s responsibility.
